In the case of Character Death through anymeans or if a Player chooses to retire their character. 75% of the characters experience can be transferred into the creation of a new character. As always the DM Team reserves the right to alter, change or otherwise remove this ruling at any time.
All new Death or Retirement Characters require a mandatory background as well as DM Approval.
